Win or lose, the Cavs are better off trading Love for quality depth players.

You don't think it's horrible that they get zero production from their bench in this series?
After this year they lose JR and Delly also. I dont mind JR but he cant be a starter. He would be a good bench player.

They're better off letting JR walk. He's too inconsistent. They made the right decision signing Shump, his defense is at least consistent and you could put Shump in the starting 2-guard spot.

Shump offense is a struggle. At least with JR you still need to guard him. I dont think neither could be a legit starter in the NBA anymore. Both are nice pieces for a Bench. With JR coming off the bench he will get some extra shots. Shump can come in during crunhc time to guard and give a basket every once in awhile.

Man they should of never traded him. Imagine the next 8-10 years with Wiggins and Irving. Plus having LBJ for 2-3 very good years. Over paying for TT jurts them but they had to do it.

Damn right. I thought the Cavs were crazy to trade Wiggins. Having a back court like that could have been trouble for many years. I wasn't a K. Love fan during his days in Minnesota. Don't get me wrong, he's a good player. But what did he do for the Twolves while in Minny? Not a thing. And after watching these last 2 years I'm not sure if there's a system in the league that would be good for him if he can't get X amount of shots per game. And the fact he can barely guard his own shadow on the court will continue to be a liability for the Cavs or any team that trades for him.

I agree, I think LBJ thought he would of molded into that Chris Bosh role. It never happen. After year 1 in Miami Bosh really did well in his role.

The first few minutes there were smirks on the Warriors faces (Curry) and they just seemed lax and ready to party.

Thompson was throwing up heaves from almost 4 ft beyond three point line. Most of them airballs or not even close.

I blame that on his current haircut. What the hell is that, did he lose a bet or something?
LOL no clue. It looks bad. Im not saying this is the Cavs last chance to win because they should be able to come out of the East almost year LBJ is still a Top 10 player but to win it all it will be tough. GM will have to start making the right moves after this year.

I'll take defense, especially when you have Lebron and Kyrie in your lineup. Shumpert would be relegated to the same role that Love has, because he can knock down the occasional 3. It's not unheard of to have a starting 2-guard that's in as a defensive specialist - Shump fits that.

Dubs started off pretty hot. Wouldn't surprise me if that were the case. Then again, I don't want to make it sound like I'm discrediting the Cavs. Bottom line - Kyrie and Lebron ripped that game right from the Dubs.

I hate them, but I'll give them credit.

Very true. I see your point. They also need a better defender then Love at the PF spot. They need a nice mix of a guy that can play D and a guy that can score.

What LeBron did last night is what LeBron should have been doing in every single game for the past 6 finals. If so, LeBron has 4-5 rings going into his 6th straight final.

Love shouldn't even be mentioned in the same sentence w/ Bosh. Always liked him. He'll be in the HOF @ some point. The only way Love ever gets in is if he buys a ticket.

Once AB went down it went down hill. They were only down like what 2-4 pts and it was a close game. Then barnes had to play the 5 and their Defense was a mess. Now if Green was there it wouldnt be as big of an injury because Green can play the 5 against the Cavs.

The Warriors are a great team & the Cavs are just outmatched. Upsets can happen...but I just don't see that happening this year.

I been saying that for a long time. He needs to stay in attack mode and when he has a side kick that is one LBJ and company can be dangerous. The problem is some times LBJ gets too pass happy. That was always the knock on him. He doesnt take control of a game like most super stars do(when the team needs it). Last night was a great example of what he needs to do. attack attack and attack some more.

What Lebron did from the perimeter is what he hasn't been able to replicate. Once Lebron hit a few outside jumpers, the defense has to contest, meaning that they play up tighter on him. That gives him more room to drive to the hoop, which he was really successful at doing.

Everything stems from Lebron being able to hit his outside shot. If that's not falling, he's not capable of producing the way he did last night for prolonged periods of time.

GS will have some issues next year to. they have a couple of guys that are FA. It will be tough to see Cavs win it all unless like you said their is an upset in the West like if the Clippers made it to the Finals.
