I live about 25 miles west of DC, and it's been raining for about an hour here. It's headed directly towards the city...of course, I would have thought it would have been there already, so who knows?

Strasburg is not a good bad weather pitcher. If he gets even the tiniest bit out of his comfort zone, he gets real uncomfortable real fast.
