All of them are pressing at the plate. They all know the strike out rate and how guys aren't moving runners. They are all trying to hit home runs instead of just trying to have solid at bats and put the ball in play.

The GM put this roster together and knows we do not have any veteran team leaders. Servais has done nothing to get his guys to loosen up and just play the game instead of trying to score on every swing.

I still contend that Julio would be back to what we expect if he had a solid hitter behind him that he trusts to move guys along.

One good solid bat could help get these guys to at least hit the numbers on the backs of their cards.

Management isn't getting the guys they have now to fix it so it will take a team leader on the field. They don't have one. Add one and things would be a lot better.

I have no faith they will actually get that guy. Hence the need to blame this on Management.
