In H.S. Harrison went to multiple schools because he had a screw loose, but boy could he play. Always wondered why he ended up at tiny Kent State instead of a bigger program.
May be grades, may be a screw loose.... heck he was cut in the nfl how many tines

Probably a combination of both. Here's a funny story about his family. His mom & aunt were so obnoxious during his career they got kicked outta multiple bars for life for how they acted. A friend of mine back home actually booted them from his bar.

With the Lions it's harder to come up with 4 rather than restricting it to 4. I need a new team to root for.

Well if it's just players then for the Steelers I'd go with Greene, Blount, Roethlisberger, & Polamalu, however if we're including other figures like coaches & owners then take out those last two and replace them with Rooney & Noll.

I'll do the Eagles as well since I have some local pride from youth: White, McNabb, Bednarik, & Dawkins. Other people and I say replace them all with the Santa Claus, Chip Kelly, Nick Foles, & EDP445.

Many teams Mount Rushmore would most certainly contain a head coach
George Halas, Tom Landry, Vince Lombardi, Bill Walsh, Joe Gibbs and Paul Brown for sure

always comes down to personal preference... But only 1 name is unanimous.

1. Joe Greene
maybe it's just me but a player who makes 1st team All Pro 6 times in the 12 years he played could never be over looked.

1, Joe Greene
2. Jack Ham

then the coin flips can begin

No Joe Thomas.

Why? 10x Pro Bowler, 6x all pro, member of the 2010 all decade team. And more than 10,000 consecutive offense snaps without missing a play.

I understand, he had a stellar hof career. But you can't put a guy on your Mt. Rushmore whose teams never even made the playoffs unless he's literally like the greatest player to ever play his position.

Bobby Lane needs to be up there. Either Schmidt, Barney or Megatron have to go.

They were all better at their positions that he was, but ok.. swap out Megatron for Layne.

He's one of, if not the best, OL of his era.

Who's your NFL team?

Even non-Steeler fans with at least a mediocre knowledge of the NFL can rattle off 10 legendary Steelers names without breaking a sweat.

John Henry Johnson,,,,,wicked forearm shiver, would be illegal today.
Terry Bradshaw
"Mean" Joe Greene
Dwight 'Mad Dog" White
Ernie Holmes
LC Greenwood
Jack Ham
Jack Lambert
John Stallworth
Troy Palamalu
Lynn Swann
Rocky Bliears..........why this guy never landed a TV gig, that voice.
Mel Bount
Donnie Shell
Rod Woodson......in Superbowl Tecmo, he has returned 12 kickoffs so far, scored 9 TD's, Nobody else more than 3.
Big Ben
Antonio Brown

No franchise ever had a better mix/blend of small and big schools guys.
