Who thinks Randy will have a good game against the Packers. Big game on Natl t.v. and I believe Harbaugh wasnt showing much of him going into the season. We will have to keep up with the Packer offense

I'm predicting around 800 yards Receiving and around 6-10 TD's. I would be happy with that.

I'm still on highly conflicted by how I want Moss to do. On one hand I want him to help us, but I love Jerry rice and selfishly want moss to stay as far away from his records as possible! *sigh*

Dude I want Randy Moss to break Jerry's records as a 49er.

If Moss can still do that, then that's a really good indicator of success on the offensive side of the ball (given our good run game) and success on the offensive side of the ball with our defense means we have a good shot at winning it all.

I don't know if you were talking to me but I was referring to the season totals.

He was jokingly responding to your post, but if mem9er was overly optimistic or had crazy standards, I could see it jokingly being applied to his post, too.

He better, and he better not be the only one!

Edit: Nevermind, I had remembered him referring to him not only scoring once in the season. Looking at his post, he clearly meant he better not be the only receiver scoring (for the game, and of course, the season).

I'm not sure Moss would come close.... not even knowing what record(s) you are referring to but I doubt it.

As long as he goes for TDs here and there and makes the clutch catches on 3rd downs or making big plays.

One game at a time, we surely all want him to break his tie with TO in TDs against Green Bay. Perhaps a re-enaction of the Catch II (without the significance, of course)?

Ok just to be clear I was referring to Jerry Rice's career TD record.

Moss already has the single season TD record (23).

I think Moss has a chance at receiving TDs. Moss has 153. Jerry has 197.
The difference is 44. It's a longshot but not impossible.

If Moss can catch 10+ TDs for us every year, that would be wonderful.
I don't really care about his yardage. 10+ TDs a year would mean our red zone offense must have improved.
