Thanks bums. I was debating between Nap and Gehringer way back there in the draft. Went with my homer pick, but Im pretty happy having a player like Lajoie available off the bench.

Looking at his stats I didn't realize he has been so good for so long. Very underrated.

Safeco and Dodger Stadium really hurt his batting stats, but he still had some very good years in Seattle (mostly because of his defense). He was a lot of fun to watch in his one year in Boston and I wish the Sox could have kept him instead of trading for A-Gon. Maybe Youk wouldn't have broken down if they kept him at 1st? Moving him to 3rd at his age was a terrible idea.

Makes sense but I honestly think we'd need a supercomputer to get accurate results when we are throwing out players with amazing primes, players with great careers, players with great WARs, players with great athleticism, etc.

That would work if not for the fact one team could win the series 3 - 0 then all 5 starters didn't pitch anyhow so...

Agreed but as always this will come down to peoples opinions and name recognition...

I think we don't need a playoff thread. Everyone can just look at the teams from Team Thread and then decide who would win. I already got the 3 winners. Wow this is very tough to decide between who would win in a series.

I was going to do batting order and maybe a small paragraph explaining the team's overall strategy and justification
