Whoever goes first is going to have a huge 'Michael' advantage.

An auction draft would make more sense but be more difficult to set up. Snake drafting in NBA2k always led me to some pretty awesome teams at the top

Well, depending on who is in I will decide who sucks at these the most and give them #1

I'm not saying its a foregone conclusion. You just have to build other teams based on knowing that one guy will have the #1 pick and 2 'tier II' legends built around that top pick with not as much depth in their other 2 spots.

You'll want to wait for the Finals to be over. Also, you'll have to keep in mind that half of the board is a Lakers fan or a Heat fan so there will be some heated back and forth
