I know the feeling for sure, I thought in my trade I was getting a bucket 1 and Kaline. at first I was upset, then I realized I got Kaline and I was ok again

I was actually looking in the Dallas area recently. Tech jobs are growing at the 5th fastest rate in the country, and the cost of living is very low compared to Utah. Looks like I am in Utah for the long haul though.

That was part of the appeal, there are a ton of smaller towns and cities close to Dallas. It blows my mind how cheap houses are there. Utah is crazy expensive.
