I like it, 4 from each bucket it is but the buckets will be different than what you've posted.

Just like usual can't like 100% of what I suggest
I went with who had the most HOF players per team and put them in buckets that way. Seriously what ever you think is fine it's not like you will win a baseball draft anyways. No ties don't count. (But a tie is better then a first round exist I am used to lol)

We know it will be 6 buckets of 5. We will select 4 from each bucket. The teams in each bucket haven't been finalized to my knowledge.

Sorry buddy no way the Cubs should be in 1 and the Tigers need to be higher than you had them. We need to decide on minimum years with the team, I like 5
