Cringing at how Seahawk fans seem to think there is some big conspiracy against the Seahawks just because of a couple bad calls.

I don't, but they have said there is an emphasis on our defense and their use of hands past 5 yards and ever since then there have been way more calls on the secondary. I don't think it's a conspiracy, but they are watching a unit with a reputation for being very physical and are giving it extra scrutiny which leads to some calls that really aren't called on other teams IMO.

I recall seeing him out there on a run. He might have been there in 2 plays but I definitely saw him on one run in the slot blocking.

The refs are doing their best to make the NFC a bit closer race. Makes for better ratings when the seahawks have to play the saints and the 49ers later in the season.

Kaepernick is 2-7 for 11 yards. Does not seem to be figuring things out.

The funny thing is, ESPN's Total QBR has him as the 9th best QB in the NFL. Just a hair behind Andrew Luck.

What in my opinion is illogical? Would a closer race in the NFC make better or worse ratings? Have the Seahawks been getting shafted on calls lately? Ones that have kept games close?

Seems to me Kaepernick is facing the same problem he had last week. Terrible at throwing the ball. Yet, some 9er fans are convinced he Niners are not a bad throwing team.

QBR is stupid. Why should a QB be docked for checking down when checking down is the right thing to do? And a QB that goes out there and smokes a team isn't going to get as much credit as a guy stuck in the mud until late in the game.
