i dont get the sense in that . i dont get the sense in risking RG3 to win but having no intention of staying anyway if we did win or saying we are going to lose before the game was played

Unbelievable. Crazy town to the tenth power. If this truly happened, skins are in a world of hurt. Sad thing is, I can't see there not being kernels of truth in this story, regardless if misconstrued. It is just not out of line with some of snyders behavior in the past.

This is my concern. Snyder has a history of becoming infatuated with players (Portis?) so this story could be true. Clearly someone leaked the story for some reason. My initial thought was it came from the Shanhan camp. Prelude to an exit of some sort.

Point is your coach didn't like the way your owner put the QB on a pedestal. Seems he was fine with walking away. To me, that's the story....the thoughts running through the coaches head last year when all DC was singing from the hilltops.

Yeah, could be. Hard to figure anything with all the word parsing, supposition and "he said, he said", going on lately. So sick of it.

Apparently, Shannys reply to this story was ' no comment', and he will address it in more detail after the game. The fact that he didn't categorically deny it ( like he did the Griff film tape story) is telling. Ah we'll, we'll know soon enough.

i wont dismiss the story , it could be true , but the Rg3 not wanting bad plays shown during the film sessions turned out to be hogwash this could be too

This is Dan's MO. For as rich as he is he has man love for his star athletes whether it is Lavar Arrington, Clinton Portis and now it looks like Robert Griffin. I'd have to say I think Robert has looked the last few weeks like Dan has meddled. It's sad, Baltimore is just up the road and that program is run so much better. It seems he and Jerry Jones are still cut from the same cloth.

The sad thing is that people on here still want him on board for next year. We are literally the worst team in the NFL and Shanahan has had 3 of 4 losing seasons. However, we need him back according to some posters. Shanahan has made some of the dumbest personel decisions I have seen as a Skins fan. He should be fired after we get destroyed the last game of the season. The Rams might have the number 1 pick thanks to our poor play.
