RG3 should know better, then.

So should his dad.

So should Shanny.

So should Danny.

I swear, these assholes get dumber as the years go by, not smarter.

Too many egos. Too many cooks in the kitchen.

My head says no way. My gut says it would be a typical Snyder move.

we need to look at some good young assistant coaches not a 57 year old college coach

Shanahan accepting Responsibility or NOT!

We have a mess on our hands and we all saw this coming. Quit pointing the finger at Snyder. He hired Allen, Shanahan and got out of the way. These guys are responsible for this mess, not Snyder. So what, the owner comes into HIS locker room and talks with players, it's HIS team. He didn't hire the coaches Son, he didn't hire ST's coach Keith Burns and he certainly didn't draft any of the players who are under performing.

Shanahan wanted to QUIT on this team at the end of last year? Really? After you gave away the farm for RG3, then damaged him to the point of no return because you didn't use your HC trumph card when you should have, and the QB virtually won you an NFCE title by himself on one leg beating your most hated rival. You wanted to QUIT? Well, do all of us a favor, QUIT now Shanahan and spare us your ego that deflects any type of responsibility for this mess because after all, your just the HDIC here.

Let's either offer Lovie Smith the job or David Shaw. Maybe those two could work together if discussed. Either way, its time for Shanahan to man up, accept responsibility and turn in his resignation.

to a degree the coach put himself in this position. And to a degree he was undermined from the moment the deal was made to take the trade. the fact that a owner has a better relationship with a player than the coach sets a bad tone. You cant expect things to have any wiggle room in a situation like that. We saw it with Arrington, We saw it with Portis, and now we see it with RG3. For all the chatter, our starting QB is about to pick our next head coach. the only real question right now is, does Shanahan get fired this week, or does he get fired after the last game.

He does now. But think back to the Marty year, when LA was riding to the games in Snyders private jet playing Chess. I get the feeling alot more information is going to "leak" out over the next few weeks on just how hands off or not Danny has been in this whole thing.

They were best buds until Snyder screwed LA over a clause left out in a contract that LA signed without reading it. Even tho they all said the clause was agreed to, Snyder wouldn't amend the contract. It cost LA about $1m and he left the next year.

I don't care if he is 38 years old. He is the same coach who coached Griffin who doesn't understand the nuances of being an NFL QB. What the hell could Briles possibly do as an NFL coach. This would be very much like hiring Steve Spurrier.
