I agree he needed to be in sooner but he can't pick up a 5th foul with 8 minutes to go. That forces spo to sit him for a least 4-5 minutes. He needs to learn how to play without fouling

It's a shame because Toronto is just another average, beatable team.

The season has been entertaining and the first round playoff win was fun. Great seeing vintage Wade and him overcoming so much and Deng playing well in that series. We played right there with the number two seed and should have been up 2-0 coming home, but our inability to run a half court offense outside of ISO ball hurts. Now the bad news. Whiteside could have an injury with a long recovery and will factor into our decision in the off season. Wade playing so well will likely force the Heat to overpay over the next three seasons. I think Bosh will likely need to retire, Deng will likely move on unless he plays at a big discount. The team will look very, very different next year. Let's see if we can extend this series to 6 or 7. Doubtful but we shall see. Perhaps, Winslow plays a minute or two on Monday and helps guard the peremeter. He has "more length" than Richardson.

We are inly down 1 game with the next still at home. We win that and the series is back on. We can win in TOR. Not over yet. Just need yo adjust without whiteside. I rather JV score then lowry get hot.

Do you really want to be left here alone to make 80% of the posts with some occasional posts with BKS baller and Avalon and turn up? Stop. I said I hope we can extend the series to 6 or 7. However, if we are without Whiteside which is likely, then it is not looking good. I thought the Whiteside injury does make one think about what might happen. I think we saw him play his last game this season.

Don't worry about Lowry, Spolestra will put Richardson on him because he has great length. Having Richardson in there late in the 4th has worked out real well for us the last 3 games where we have blown 6 plus point leads in each even the one won in OT.

OT -- not a good day for South Florida sports thus far. Canes baseball down 12-1 to Georgia Tech in the 9th. Marlins blow 3-1 lead in the 8th as the bullpen finally has an off night and the Heat lose a tough pivotal game 3 at home. Also, Spolestra is still our coach and Battier is still retired. That last one if for Paolo.

Fascinating stat about the ineptitude of our offense in terms of getting everyone involved and playing as a team in this series. Heat have assisted in 33% of their baskets so far this series which is the lowest total in any playoff series in the last 20 years. Saw the stat somewhere, and thought it was telling of our struggles during the last five minutes of all three games. Also, keeping our second best creator on offense off the court during some of those key stretches and trusting a second round rookie who is struggling because of his length may also have something to do with it. We will go down fighting with Wade.

Here...here...express away brother. Just like I will continue to express my thoughts on how Shane Battier was integral to the 2 Championships while the Big 3 were together and how Spolestra is a mediocre coach because he is offensively challenged and lacks feel for the game.
