Not sure Okaro at PF/starting is best idea, but certainly it was time to put James Johnson on the bench. The Hassan return is officially official

Not to be missed, the good news in all this is that Josh Richardson is no longer in the starting lineup and thats great until he can get it together

Now just +2 at the half. This is the biggest issue with the Heat, they have these lapses in the second quarter on both ends of the floor that carry over into the third and things fall apart. They will have to overcome this to pull this out tonight

Starting to get beyond annoyed with these no-look passes by the Heat. Doesn't end well ever - a lot of their turnover problems is getting too cute when passing - they just don't seem interested in making the simple play

Playing Richardson any length of time is stupid enough but it is beyond stupid to run the offense through him and let him handle the ball - he's not good enough and the Heat need to stop putting him in those situations - it only hurts the team

Unfortunately we need at least 5 guys on court at all times - if that weren't the case, not playing some guys would probably be easier.

Another thing - Heat need to stop with the 3's

This is why Spo can't limit his rotation and should want to create depth for the team and use it not only when necessary but make it a luxury for the team. BAM comes in to replace Hassan due to his restriction tonight and KO for foul trouble and has been a difference maker.

Also noteworthy that Spo finally had the balls to pull the plug on Richardson in this game - also a difference-making decision
