That's on the coach. It was pretty clear that Spo called that play out of the timeout. A high screen to give Johnson a good look from 3.

He needed to find the correct players in that situation. The actual guards who can handle the ball much better meaning Dragic, Tyler, or Richardson. Pretty sure those guys would have at least attempted a shot before the clock expired

Just throwing it out there based on how much they seem to like the youngsters despite being in a playoff run - But, CAN or WILL the Heat use that money to convert their most recent 2-way players in to standard-NBA contracts?

Chemistry is a big deal for the Heat so it will be interesting to see how they make use of this exception
