Wade needs to give up the keys to the offense to Dragic. Dragic's not as great of a player as Wade is, but the offense looks much more fluid going through Dragic then with Wade.

The loyalty factor plays a huge role in this organization - too often much more than it should or needs to. The loyalty factor will make it hard for the Heat to make Wade gives the keys to the offense to Dragic or anyone else. The ONLY way they could force his hand into that is by playing Wade off the bench to start with once he comes back. I don't see Wade being willing or even able to differ otherwise. Though I am hopeful he realizes while watching on the bench just how much better we are when we play with pace as opposed to just standing around like we often play when he has the ball in his hands.

I was out celebrating that win. It just seemed worthy of a night-long celebration. I figured he would show up after the fact -- he had to rearrange his thoughts after Spo and his staff led the Heat to another victory while short-handed. He had no ammo during the game, obviously.
