Agreed. But as I did say last game, I wouldn't mind if he starts - so long as Hassan still gets the bulk of the minutes assuming he isn't hurt or in foul trouble - Not going to change at this point but should be taken into consideration -- Winslow shouldn't be first off the bench or be in crunch time of a game until he can again get back on track in doing the little things when his offense isn't responding

IMO, according to what Ira is tweeting about what Hassan is saying about not playing -- he was benched for disciplinary purposes of sorts by the Heat, of which he obviously doesn't agree with - The way he responded sounds a little bitter and immature - so maybe it wasn't a bad idea after all. He's got to be able to understand and accept why he is being benched at a given time and not pout and let it negatively affect him as it did today - thats part of the next step in his growth.

Now on to prepare for SA on Tuesday and enjoy the SB tonight

Interesting.....hope its worth it and hopes he values it. Not playing McRoberts was a bit of a head scratcher but such is life. Maybe we are trying to trade him deparately.

You didn't but I don't see how he could have helped when his first, second, third, and fourth option when he touch the ball is pass

Not saying such a thing coming from you - as many have said it also -- but, I find it rather disturbing that a guy gets knocked for being too unselfish of all things -- especially when the problem with the Heat is the complete opposite. That, to me is the biggest problem with McRob -- the one game he played before the current injury, I said many times during that game - the biggest difference in his approach that night was that he wasn't thinking and just played and things turned out well for him -

I will gladly be in the minority in saying that if given a chance again, if he takes on that same approach -- he can give us a good contribution

I wouldn't mind if he gets a chance again but he needs to take that mid range shot when open. Defense has been giving him that all season long. If he's more aggressive I'm ok with him getting minutes

Which is why I am all for expanding the rotation and at least adding him to it to give him a shot and see how he responds - The Heat are in no position to be giving up on guys just yet at this point in the season just because of a rough patch - long as it may have been. Heck, give him another shot now that Amare is pretty much not giving us much at least from a starters stand point.

It was a person at the game today who def has some roots.
My question would be, and I don't know the answer, is who told him?

That would be stupid. Any deal including Winslow would be stupid and the GM should get fire if that ever happened
