And one more for the blind crowd that says I don't criticize Spo - here is criticism for Spo - he is an idiot from this point forward any time he decides to keep Washed Up Wade in the starting lineup when he and the team is obviously better off with him coming off the bench at this point.

That careless attitude who had today and often has is the wrong message from your so called best player/captain.

The games aren't played on paper. Who gives a shit what the schedule was or will be down the line - games are decided on court.

You're really off you're rocker tonight.
The games aren't played on paper, but some rosters are clearly more talented then others.
We are about to face a bunch of the teams that are more talented then the ones we have seen mostly so far.

Any idea why Vegas makes spreads on every game to try to even out the betting?

If you're so sure there is no difference, then what's the bet that the Heat don't win half of their next 10?

I am a Heat fan. I don't give a rats ass about Cleveland

What does their H/A record have to do with caring about them?

It is just one example out of prob 27-28 which would tell teams have better home records then rosd, despite your assinine claim that it doesn't matter because court dimensions are the same.

Talent alone doesn't win you games/ championships - just look at year 1 of the big 3 era. talent is a factor, but a very small one of many that are necessary to win games/championships.

I don't know. You tell me. You were the one to bring up their h/a record. I come in here to talk about the Heat, and MAYBE our opponent on a particular night - don't care for the rest otherwise.

You once again twisted my words into something they weren't meant to simply because you have a different view point than I do. I simply said that the energy/or lack thereof this team plays with whether at home or on the road because of having the crowd for or against is irrelevant to the outcome of a game.

Talent got us passed Chicago and Boston, coaching (or lackthereof) lost us the Finals (Carlisle's decision to go zone the whole time was genius).

A note for everyone to keep in mind for the rest of the season and beyond. As I have often said, I come in here to express myself - not to agree or disagree with anyone. I don't care for either of those things. I don't need validation from anything or anyone to feel worthy - some of you may feel otherwise of yourselves.

I love and will to the death love my first amendment freedom of speech and expression. As far as I know, its not criminal to disagree and have different perspectives than that of other people. In fact, I will for no one make it a point to have a different perspectives on matters than everyone else - you don't like it? I don't give a fuck. Don't need your approval or disapproval with little emojis on this site.

So why do you answer our posts then? We're not trying to have a conversation with you. You always interject, then have these little tirades of yours. What's the point of going on a forum if you don't care for others opinions? Man, you're misguided.

Game results don't support your opinion.
Fact is the Heat has a much better chance to win at home because sometimes the crowd wil help them generate that extra energy needed to win, where on the road they are solely relying on themselves, which usually isn't a good thing.

Yes, as we look back, Thibs and Rivers were limited as coaches. It's essentially a talent vs. talent battle. When we had Wade, Lebron, and Bosh we'd always win based on talent in a playoff series. Dallas, although not as talented was still a pretty deep team. Couple that with coaching, which Carlisle is miles ahead of Spo, then you get the result that we got in the 2011 Finals.

Not everything is black and white. It sometimes takes critical thinking. Ah shit, keep forgetting who I'm talking to.

Keep this in mind - Miami has played the least road games out of every team in the league. This is why I brought up earlier in the season that Miami needed to storm out of the gates. After a quarter of the season, the East looks vastly improved compared to previous years.

Had to check because the vibe in here seemed to suggest it was the end of the world and our playoff aspirations after tonight - as it turns out its only game 20 of 82. The Heat are not yet eliminated from playoff contention and no one has clinched yet. Unless I missed something?

See, this attitude right here is what's wrong. Yes, the Heat aren't out of contention right now. This was exactly like the Hurricanes season when they started off 3-0 this season. You had your fans that saw that the toughest part of the schedule was coming up and the team didn't look all that good. Then you had your blind homer optimism that said "Quit your whining, we're undefeated and still have all of our goals in front of us".

There's plenty of weaknesses on this team outside of talent that need to be addressed. It's only one game, but the harder games are coming up real soon.

I'm trying to understand this post.
What did I twist?
You claim home court means nothing, I disagreed and gave examples to support my position.
So, you tell me, how is it no advantage in your mind?

And get the fuck off your pedestal. You're the one that would lose your shit during the Big 3 era anytime the Heat lost a game. Fucking hypocrite.
