What Diva Wade needs to do is take an even bigger pay-cut - realize he is no longer worthy of a starting role on the team - realize that him as a starter, especially considering how many games he decides to SIT OUT, makes him a liability to the entire team. He needs to take a bigger pay cut to allow the team to have more cap space - and take a bench role so that someone more deserving is part of the starting 5. If he is smart enough as you claim - he will do that.

Does Pat Riley need to reconsider Mimi Heat coaching staff? - Sun Sentinel

The dumbest Ask Ira of the season - of course, at this point in the season - idiot “fans” want to make someone the scapegoat - the coaches are not the problem - they arent the ones sitting out games, settling for jumpers/3s , turning the ball over and not getting back on defense. The staff is fine - the make up of the team is the problem especially on the back end.

If Nets, Celtics each close 2-1, Heat eliminated from playoffs no matter what they do in their final three games

James Capers , Steve Anderson, David Guthrie your referees for tonight’s Heat-Raptors, 7:30 pm, AmericanAirlines Arena (Sun Sports, NBA TV).

If Heat win tonight, it is possible, through random tiebreakers, they wind up with as deep as No. 12 lottery seed if don’t make playoffs.

Per Ira Winderman

The best Ask Ira of all time possibly . Someone, other than myself, with the balls to admit they are Heat fans and Wade fans, but also are reasonable enough to question his toughness and his lack of desire and attention on the defensive end when it doesnt work out for him like he wants on offense. The ultimate charateristic of a DIVA... The name I have given him fits him to perfection - He has earned every bit of it. Earned... not GIVEN

yes he does and yes he better. at the end, when the heat were blowing double digit leads, the heat had deng, wade, dragic and whiteside. That team should be good enough to get a top 8 seed in the East. Look what Boston and their young coach is doing with just one star. Spolestra offensive playcalling limitations were concealed during the Lebron era and Wade as a top 5 player the two years before. At a minimu, Riley will need to add an offensive minded coach. At worse, he may need to can him after 2015. Lets see who re signs with us. It will be telling.

Your stupidity continues. It is very little to no mystery who will return next season - as a few guys will still be under contract - or have options they are expected to excercise to remain with the team in 2015. As is the case of your boy, Goran Dragic. We understand you have ill will against him because he sleeps with your mom and sister and makes you watch, but that is no reason to hate on the guy and think the team is going to get rid of him or doesnt want to be here anymore. He has said time and again he wants to play alongside Chris Bosh - the true leader of this team alongside UD and the best player and true super start of this team.

LOL. The ungrateful troll being overly critical of the man who put the Heat on the map and got them 3 titles on the floor. You are comical. Wade laid some eggs down the stretch, but he had a great year. Remember, he did not get max money, he played more games than the guy on our team who did and he certainly helped us win more games than lose games unlike Spolestra who cost us way more games than he helped us win. Spolestra is the big goat this year. 2-9 Spolestra in 2 point games, Spolestra whose offensive playcalling was called out by Wade, Spolestra whose rotations were criticized by Mario Chalmers, and Spolestra who has not figured out to run a half court set in his head coaching career!!

LOL. Dragic leaves because he sees Spolestra as an incompetent offensive play caller. Same with Deng potentially. The only chance those two stay is if Wade, Bosh and Riley convince them. Those are the positives. The coaching is the negative.

Paula and the mom and sister jokes. Cute. Childish, but cute......rage againt the machine.

Oh, and another thing, as others have said - given the championship years / playoff years Spo has under his belt, regardless of how your dumb ass thinks he got there - Spo has bought himself a few years with the Heat - Like it or not, he gets a pass for this season after the way the last few seasons have turned out for us. The Heat wont even think about letting him go until at least after the 2017 season.

Another big free agency is coming up in the off-season where the Heat will be able to re-load the roster. Unless he does us the favor and admits its time to retire, next season Wade will be back, Chalmers, Napier, UD, possibly Birdman, Hassan, Deng, McRob, Goran,(possibly his brother as back end of roster player) thats at least 10-11 roster spots almost for certain filled for next season - with 4 that can be filled through FA and draft.

Guys like Ennis, TJ, Walker, Beas with Zoran will probably battle it out for final roster spots.

The heat can very easily have themselves a quality roster next season - And, if healthy, they will get back on track as one of the locks for the playoffs next season. Riles will do what he does in the off-season to make this team better, this coaching staff is already great - a remake of the roster and staying healthy will be the key to getting them back on track.

That man checked out on the team and disappeared almost a decade ago.

Just looked at Utah's remaining schedule, unless we rest guys in the final 2 games, we're likely to finish with a better record than them which means we don't get our 1st round pick :L

Henry Walker is good to go. Everyone available for Heat except Bosh, McRoberts and Napier. Walker (elbow) took relief shot.

Amir Johnson again out for Raptors. Kyle Lowry will play both ends of back-to-back in his return for Toronto.

Fitting that the nail in the Heat playoff coffin could be stuck in them tonight at AAArena in front of our lousy, fair-weathered fan base - in another empty , non-sellout crowd

Another great coaching move by Spo, as you would expect - running the offense through Dragic as opposed to Diva - that should help ball movement and getting better shots - gotta do it for the entire game

Andre, please thank your mom and sister for us - clearly, they gave your long lost daddy, Dragic , some good head last night - 10 points already. Dont hate on him. He is here to stay. He wont abandon you with age like your boy Diva Wade did
