Miami Dolphins Rebuilding - Again

You do realize that every year there is a draft with FA signed right? Not every player out of 53 was drafted in the first three rounds right? I have no time to look up the stats but have heard many times that the number of players on every roster who fit this category is higher than what you try to insinuate. You don't seem to understand the point I'm making so I'm not sure how to explain this any better.

Here is a snap shot using Pro Football Reference as a resource. This is a one year sample.

Nearly 30% of all starters were 1st round draft picks when drafted into the league;

- Roughly 30% were taken in either the 2nd or 3rd round;

- Roughly 26% were taken in either rounds 4 through 7;

- Undrafted players (14%) were the 3rd most likely group to comprise 2014’s starters…only behind 1st round (30%) and 2nd round (18%) picks.

So like i said, the chances of finding your guys drops drastically after round 3-4?........and shelf life to boot. They may play a year or two, but they arent solutions. When your looking to completely rebuild, replacing 40-50% of your roster yearly isnt gonna cut it

They also have numerous starters already on the roster that you seem to be oblivious to. Will they be contenders tomorrow of course not but they are on the right path. According to your theory no team will ever be good enough yet hitting on a QB does wonders for many franchises. The Fins are in a great position to do so. Meanwhile you can go get tyrod to win a bowl since he's so outstanding.

Guess what Miami still splits most seasons even though they haven't been great mainly due to the humidity you should already know this.
