But, had they not made the stupid decision to go for it on 4th down that one drive - and had Gesicki not fumbled on the opening drive when they were moving the ball well, this game could very well be a blow out in the Fins favor.

A good win. But the Dolphins did shoot themselves on the foot one too many times in this game with some unforced mistakes due to trying to do too much as is usually their problem -- but they were able to overcome themselves and pull off the victory.

Once again, it was another week were some guys individually improved and it helped out an entire unit of the team.

Something to look for, there was a moment that Fitzpatrick took a hit and was being checked for a concussion - it seemed he rushed out rather quick against the teams wishes - lets hope he is ok, and that his decision to rush out, does not hurt him or the team going forward.

The pass/run ratio was a little better today but I would still like it to be more even. It was out of necessity rather than the luxury it could be - but it was good to see Laird get some touches today. Would like to see Gaskin get in the mix as well to help in the running game in an attempt to opening things up in the pass.

Btw, can you do me a favor and tell all the trolls from other teams, and the tank trolls from here that they can crack on me all they want about talking to myself during games? I know it is quiet during games -- I post to release some energy, and because I know some folks(like you) will come to read thoughts about the game eventually -- its going to spark conversation at some point.

Tell these fucking trolls they won't steal my thunder by cracking on me about this stuff. I have them all on "ignore" but I know they are spewing their shit out there. I don't give a fuck.

On Rosen, I think if we are lucky enough to get into a blowout situation(Dolphins doing the blowout), they might insert him into the game so as to give Fitzpatrick rest and give Rosen more of a look.

Fact of the matter is, Rosen needs a few more meaningful snaps before the season is over to see what we have going into the off-season/next season.

If you want a good laugh as we enjoy this winning streak -- Sam Darnold interviewed after their win against the Giants said " we still have a chance at the playoffs".

This is part of the damage one goes through when playing for Adam Gase.

In more former Dolphins-related news, Ryan Tannehill does his thing again for the Titans. Clearly, Adam Gase isn't the one calling plays for him anymore.
