Without Boetmeester and Katz consent which they didn’t have. The reports and the information from the SC investigation.Wound up being confirmed by the Supreme Court this March and Boermeester was denied re-enrollment. They didn’t even report the DV the witnesses did and an OOP was assigned. It’s police protocol with any report of DV. Zero tolerance only applies to students tho.
