And it's unreal how spun up you are in your own bullshit homerism. There really isn't anyone in the country that agrees with you and your ilk. But of course they are ALL wrong right?

The thing about which I still find myself shaking my head . . .
Somewhere between the Powell police responding to a call in October 2015 and now, the account changed from the paperwork indicating that Zach Smith had been arrested, to "that is not what happened". We also know that Zach Smith can a conversation with Urban Meyer in which it was made clear that if he (Zach) had hit Courtney, Zach would be terminated immediately. (Did that conversation also include "if you have been arrested for domestic violence ...."?)
Clearly, Urban Meyer's Media Day account of "I didn't know anything" was a flat out lie. Who knows - maybe he forgot, but that explanation kinda pushes the limits of plausibility. And something happened to change the account of the Powell Police Department. What caused that change to take place?
So many questions. 14 days is not sufficient to wrap this up.
Well Ohio State itself isn't in trouble. It's not like they're facing NCAA issues or legal issues. The only ones right now being looked at are Urban and Gene Smith, and the reason is that there's an obligation for Urban to report these sort of matters so they're making sure they were properly reported.
You're also dead wrong on "protective orders". He has had one, and it didn't happen until this year.
Do you even know what the police calls were? Do you not find it odd that all those times he was never arrested or even charged even though Ohio requires a person accused of DV to be incarcerated for 24 hours if there's even a hint that the spouse was abused?
It's remarkable how ill-informed you are. Please go do some actual research on the topic.
Here is what confuses me, she got the PPO but the guy was never arrested. I dont get that at all since he must have done something to be in 'clear and imminent danger'.She had a restraining order granted in 2015 and a personal protection order issued by the court in 2017. The PPO was granted because the court deemed she was in ‘clear and imminent danger’ and he was ordered to stay 500 feet away.
But I’m sure OSU knew about all of this.
Have you figured out why people continue to go at you about this? It isn’t that they hate OSU and it isn’t that they don’t like you. It is that you continue to make excuse after excuse, passing the blame to everyone but those responsible. OSU is going to have casualties across the board. I think the best case scenario is Meyer is suspended for a few games and Gene smith loses his job. Worst case scenario, depending on how much OSU knew and when — they could completely clean house.

Saying “Z. Smith has done nothing wrong and should have never been fired because there was no evidence that he did anything, she obviously was lying because he wasn’t arrested and according to an Ohio State blog she showed up drunk to the stadium” is passing the blame. So arguing that the person that allegedly committed the crime should be held accountable is passing the blame. But, actually passing the blame to the perpertrator's boss is... Say what now?!
Right, but what does Urban have to do with that?Saying “Z. Smith has done nothing wrong and should have never been fired because there was no evidence that he did anything, she obviously was lying because he wasn’t arrested and according to an Ohio State blog she showed up drunk to the stadium” is passing the blame.
I'm telling you a school is not a police agency. The police agency is the police agency. They went over and met with her dozens of times for myriad of reasons and nothing happened. No, it is not the school's job. Pressing charges would trigger it, doesn't require him to be hauled off.
Why are all of those schools in trouble?? Because the shit was happening and being covered up you doofus. There's no cover-up with OSU because that would require them actually trying to cover it up. The police were very involved. Holy hell, are you actually that ignorant as to compare this to the MSU situation?
It’s reasonable to believe that a guy who he knew assaulted his wife before, that he would do it again. He should have taken action and there should have been clauses in the contract, which almost all coaches have, to a conduct clause where they can be fired with cause at an allegation.Right, but what does Urban have to do with that?
Remember too to not look into any of the coach's emails. You might find information that contradicts things he has told other people.Well I mean it is long enough if your investigation doesn't including talking to people like the victim or anyone else but Urban himself. Then it's plenty of time.

I’m not saying Urban should be fired, nor suspended at all. But he isn’t as pristine clean as ATF is pretending Urban is, it is complete homerism.
Exacamundo. You investigate until you understand the full situation and have a handle on all relevant facts. Why in God’s green earth do you put a time limit on it?
I don't facebook, but some of you guys take it for gospel. Here is a differing perspective - an interview with Zach's mother and also text confirmation from Courtney's mother.
oh, and INB4 "it's his mother".

Here is the short version: Her mother thinks she's lying and he never hit her.
