Those grandkids are fucked. They still live on Ohio ffs. They might have to move if they expect for those kids to not be taunted at school and whatnot. • “The Hermans are knee-deep in the drama at Ohio State, no matter what Herman’s denial is,” Snook said. "For the Hermans to deny is just flat out false."
• Snook says the Hermans gave Courtney Smith $10,000
• Snook says Urban Meyer and Tom Herman did have a falling out at one point, but they've patched things up and have been at least cordial recently.
• The Hermans "never in a million years thought this scandal would reach Urban Meyer. That wasn’t their desire or goal. And when it did, they had to be shaking in their boots,” Snook said.
• Snook admits after talking to his sources he probably overplayed the recruiting angle regarding five-star wide receiver prospect Garrett Wilson. He said there are other reasons they wanted him fired.

Honest question...How is Snook any better than McMurphy?

I ask this since so many OSU fans are quick to point out Snooks reporting in this whole ordeal, and are just as quick to dismiss McMurphy. IMO, McMurphy can be a full on hack, but it seems to me, that at least 90% of the sports population know who he is. Before this, how many really even knew who Snook was (outside of OSU)? Snook then conveniently popped up seemingly out of nowhere to suddenly post several "in depth reporting" pieces on his FB page, in which was dormant for nearly 1 1/2 years. I mean, that should strike ANYONE as....odd, right?

This isn't to say that one is "right" and the other is "wrong", but you can't simply accuse the one 100% and accept the other 100% without looking like a biased fool...either for, or against, OSU/Meyer.

FWIW: I think they've both misrepresented some of the 'truths' and as always, the real truth is in the middle somewhere, where we'll never get to, regardless of this investigation.

Sure, he fully believes his story. So did McMurphy.

We don't know what his other sources he's holding back to out Herman are so WE can't be sure of anything. We don't know why McMurphy said there was a report with an X by arrested so we can't be sure of that either. Hopefully we will get reasonable responses to it all after the report comes out and put it all behind us before actual football starts.

This 'silly season' seemed a bit more over the top than most. Bring on football for fucks sake.

Okay, so please, sell us on what you think would have been told to McMurphy that would have him spending days investigating that Herman would have thought would have been no big deal? That Snook report doesn’t hold water. It seems much more likely that he got caught shooting out a dumb conspiracy theory for his Ohio State fans.
