If you say so, then it must be so. However, GB started with games against the Bears and Vikings. ... both have historically done well handling the GB offense. ...
Hey old man, don't rain on my dream. :rain:

And they are both top 3-4 defensive units in the league.

And, I just don’t think Green Bay is that good anymore. At least not offensively. Just not a lot of playmakers out there.

If you take QB out of the equation, the rest of Chicago’s offensive personnel is >>>>>> than GB

Seriously though,

What happened to AB?

I just thought he was a huge diva. The type you put up with when he is catching 120 passes a year.

It is rare to see someone fall this far this fast. He was the best WR in the NFL last year. Now he has been traded and released twice in the last few months. Crazy.

Here is why it was not warranted:

1) They moved up 1 spot
2) The team they traded with was not taking a QB (yes I know someone else could have traded up)
3) Trubisky was not the consensus top QB. The Saints, for example had him 4th or 5th QB. There were other teams that were also low on him.

I told you guys Trubisky would bust before he played his first game. It is still too early to give up on him entirely because I think he can still be solid. But the data was out there and the scouts got it wrong. No way he should have been selected over Watson and Mahomes.

Scouts emphasize the wrong things when they break down QBs. Decision making skills trump everything. Yes, you need the athletic intangibles too, but you can’t play QB in the NFL unless you are a great decision maker. Trubisky is not.

Just remember, bud; you were also crazy about Robert Griffin lll back in the day. ;)

I was with you until this!

The offense isn’t clicking yet for sure though. The first quarter against Minny showed they are capable though.

I’ll take GB’s OL over the Bears OL big time

I really like Aaron Jones. It I also like Montgomery so I’ll take the wash there.

Bears have Robinson and then a bunch of meh. Packers have Adams and a bunch of meh. Adams >>>>>>>>Robinson

Neither team has a great TE situation

fantasy or real life?
Either or.
I'd take him as a backup with potential in real life. Seriously wouldn't touch him at the moment in fantasy.

However, things do change. ;)

True.

Before he got hurt.

Also before I had my inside scout on college QB prospects.

My guy has not been wrong yet.

GB only has one pass catcher really.

The Bears have a lot of weapons like Cohen, Gabriel, Miller, etc that are better than the Packers secondary receiving options.

And while I agree that a Adams is better than Robinson, it is probably closer to a wash. Because I bet you if they switched QBs they would also switch stat lines.

Really need a win this week... Seems like every year I'm climbing out of a hole early in the season. IIRC I started out 0-4 last year.
