Why is Gruden still there?

Why is Allen still calling the shots?

I hope this is the last season for both. 8-8 might not get it done. 4-12 might.

The Redskins will never be good with the current group calling the shots.

Why wouldn't he still be there? Gruden is not the problem.

Now allen...that's a different story.

I doubt gruden will survive the year without making the playoffs though but Allen is probably fairly safe unfortunately.

Gruden didn't force cousins out.

Starting fresh is fine and all but the gruden hate is weird. The dude took over a complete disaster and has made this team consistently competitive.

Now obviously their record the past 4 years isn't the end goal for any organization but I'm not sure how anybody could possibly have asked more of him with the rosters and injuries he's had. Blame the front office not gruden. He's doing his job.
