Lefty, I feel your pain. It has been a disappointing season for both of us. But never - and I want to stress, NEVER - would I want to see you leave any part of the MBBRL.

You are a founding member. You are a significant owner, a competitive owner, and an active member of the message board.

You are the author of the Golden Mountain Saga. You have survived embarrassing pictures of yourself posted by your son, Bandit.

This season is but a bump in an otherwise vintage history here on the hoop, as well as the previous site we used to belong to (that we vowed never to mention).

Not to mention the fact that Lefty has ALWAYS (up until this season) had one of the top teams in the league.

Given your compete and utter dominance in suicide this season along with past MBBRL success you have everyone's respect as one of the top fantasy football minds around. Don't think for a second that one losing season changes that.

Thanks guys and I appreciate the kind words. I'll never divorce myself from MBBRL and will remain active, but rules being what they are, my performance this year dictates that I will not compete against (with) you guys next yr - I had a good run, but tenure and history is meaningless when it comes to relegation. My desire is that this will just be a 1yr thing but the road back is much more difficult than maintaining a position.
For a number of reasons this yr, I lost my mojo after 3 sweet weeks at the top. Injuries, personal matters, and the final desperation trades (the AJ Green one turned out to be the final nail) all played a part.
It's been fun I'll stop by this post from time to time, but will most likely I'll dedicate my time to the Barbarian thread with my buddy Sammy. .....
Funny - Joe mentioned the Golden Mountain and I just re-read it a few days ago. Of the original 12 members, I count 4 remaining in the main league. .... kind of sad.

so if you do fall I will welcome you and your talent with open arms
However I fear that if I didn't make it this season it will be doubly hard with you climbing the same side of The a Golden Mountain

You name it. It absorbs my matchup with Joe.

Traded Stafford and Crowder for ARob... which I can't complain about since ARob was in my DJ trade.
Traded Rawls for Cobb... in turn traded Cobb for Crowell. Lose.
Dropped Watkins and Joe scooped him up.

So when Rawls, Crowder and/or Watkins eliminate me, I shall have nobody to blame but myself.
