Face with four (good) players tonight needing 40+
SP looking for a few from the Rams
Joe needs 10 more with Cousins than Milk with Hyde and Torrey

Three solid matches for our first Monday miracle/meltdown.

Good game bandit, I fell into some nice matchups (still wrong decision at flex)

Tough one Fuzz... triple digit losses suck.
Tougher one Treff... at least you were kind of right to bench Cam?

Bills suck
im gonna be honest, playing the 49'ers if i dont win, im gonna be mad

I am extremely disappointed in the Redskins lack of aggression and execution.

You fell victim to one of the classic blunders.

Considering that I was all-in on Cousins... yeah... I'm disappotinted too.

Playing more like Cousin Balki.

Very high hope for my team but it looking a little bleak now. .... second fewest pts in the league - only thing that saved from defeat was playing the guy who scored the fewest. .... man, Rams looked completely lost against the 49ers. Gurley may not be the 'bargain' at 4 I thought he was. ...

In my money league I had Gurley and Cousins going and only needed 30 points from them combined... Which is pretty easy in a league with no penalty for turnovers, .5 PPR AND point per 20 yards passing...

But NO!!! only gave me 20... I cried myself to sleep last night...

Luckily I beat Joe in this league... so I had something to smile at... But COME ON!!!

Right with you, brother.
Bears led after 1 quarter.
Led at the half.
Led after the 3rd.
Boom. Stopped leading. Stopped scoring. Stopped defending.

I will say that Osweiler - who was ridiculed by me in particular - looked pretty good with his accuracy.
In one particularly deep league I have Tyrod and Oswieller as my QBs. Think I'll start Brock next week.

Hey all, Bandit has let me know that he won't be able to continue his stellar weekly recaps. I can give a it a good ol' college try, but promise you I won't be Bandit quality. If anyone else would like to take a stab, by all means. Otherwise I'll give it a go when I get home this afternoon

What the heck... no Bandit either, but time is on my side.

Keepers of the Flame - Week 1

New Decimal System doesn't disappoint... unless you're SP

TKO vs Bandit - TKO in the Green zone! 151.1 to 102.6

A pre-week one trade paid off for TKO. Newly acquired A.J. Green destroys Revis Island. Ware blasts the Chargers and Brees justifies a high pick. Winning with AP netting 3.1 is not something I would have bet on.
Bandit falls into a little bad luck, after a hot Thursday start with CJA. He might be regretting his Freeman pick.

tlance vs Fuzzy - T Cooks up a win! 146.7 to 111.8

Alert the press! Tlance wins a game... wait, oh yeah, that's NOT news. The TD Thumpers did just that, on the backs of Winston and Brandin Cooks ...and a DWill Monday show (after he already clinched victory). Pretty steady all around, what else us new?
Fuzzy had a pretty great week as well, which we should get used to from the WR group. Watch out on the weeks Stewart and Jennings find pay dirt...not here though.

Face vs Ram - a win for the new Face of the Keepers? 122.9 to 99.6

Poor Face went into Monday down 40+ and having to root for the Steelers. The Ben and Brown combo is something he'll have to eat all year...poor fella. Might have concerns with Watkins, but Baldwin (the other Dougie) sure does ease the pain. Can Woodhead repeat 2015? Well, off to a good start.
Ram was solid all around, but mostly supporting cast numbers. I see lots of consistency here in the weeks ahead.

Milk vs Joe - like milk down the esophagus following an eaten sloppy joe.... 113.2 to 90.9

Milk finds some Luck beard on the Hyde of his sofa (Canadians say couch, just making it easier for you guys). Two stud WR did not disappoint, but are welcomed to do more. A nicely defended Monday night show down.
Joe came into Monday with some hope, but Captain Kirk didn't get off the Enterprise. Tough loss as he awaits the return of Bell (as are the Steelers, as they suffer with DWill.... okay, maybe Joe has it worse...cough, cough hand cuff, cough...

Lefty vs Treff - Lefty loses Allen, Treff loses his mind, ...tie goes to the Left 85.2 to 67.4

Looking good early for Lefty, with 6 grabs from Keenan Allen, then boom goes the dynamite. As one of the better drafters, imo, Lefty will be alRighty, as he will feel the need for Snead. Gurley (like AP), was facing a stacked box, but unlike AP, doesn't seem to have any help at QB. Luckily for Lefty (like TKO), his production was not needed.
Treff, as many Cam owners considered, actually did bench the 2015 fantasy MVP....for RG3. Well, at least Robert himself won't allow you to do that again! In said pre-week one trade with TKO, he gained some much needed depth at RB, but it wasn't enough on this day. What's with Dez and his (non)catches for touchdowns? Treff will rebound.

And the game of the week...........

Chef vs SP - no Gronk? No problem...... well, 96.4 to 96.3

Wow! You guys sure brought the new decimal system to our attention! Well done. Just a dead heat the whole way. Two rookies on his bench outscoring Lockett (by a lot), almost came back to bite him... but chefs do the biting, right?
SP enters the KOTF, but unlike his Barbarian partner, did not celebrate on Monday, other than real life.... but this ain't no real life crap, this is fantasy! This is where it matters! Only needing 3 from the Rams made SP's day a confident one....then Jeff Fisher happened.
