Last 6 games we're hitting .315, and .303 with RISP. So maybe the bats are no longer the weakest link.

Belt has been shitty hitting third which is the opposite of how I saw it when he first was put there. If he can get right he's the perfect player to hit there.

Belt has been shitty hitting third which is the opposite of how I saw it when he first was put there. If he can get right he's the perfect player to hit there.

I think McCovey Chronicles had a recent article about how crappy the Giants' 3rd spot in the lineup has been this season. Only the Phillies' third spot in their order has done worse in terms of BA/OBP/SLG. I don't think Belt should be in the 3rd spot. I think Posey should be there, he has high OBP and can drive in runs from there. We really don't have a true #4, but #3 has been a #weaklink all season.
