He has 10 black assistant coaches, out 20 assistant coaches , so 50%. McVay certainly isn't the issue.

McVay, LaFleur and K. Shanahan all have ties back to WFT and probably were molded there for the "young offensive minds".
I think they are good offensive minded coaches; however, 0-2 in Super Bowls and LaFleur 0-2 in NFCC game

Dan Snyder? Maybe more precisely RG3 one and done. Had a top ranked offense and bottom defense in 2012. Otherwise Mike Shanahan didn't do much there.
