Not only did McHoody run Carr out of town and piss off his best receiver, the idiot thought JimmyG was a better alternative. I can't see him lasting a day past "Black Monday" and I have doubts anybody ever hires him again.
good call

Raiders fired head coach Josh McDaniels.
It only took 25 games for Raiders owner Mark Davis to decide another ride on the coaching carousel would be more fun than watching McDaniels coach another game for the Silver and Black. McDaniels’ time with the team ended overnight, as Davis dismissed the Belichick disciple hours after the trade deadline and a day after an embarrassing 26-14 loss to the Lions. A loss to the Bears and rookie UDFA Tyson Bagent in Week 7 probably didn’t help his case, either. There’s also that whole “only coach to lose to Jeff Saturday” thing. A 6-11 season in his first year with the team led to Derek Carr being the scapegoat at the end of the season, with Jimmy Garoppolo — another Patriots connection, being tabbed as the man to lead the Raiders to the promised land. That’s gone about as well as expected. Through eight games, the Raiders are 31st in yards per game and 30th in points per game, with Garoppolo throwing for 1205-7-9. The defense isn’t much better, ranking 22nd in points allowed while getting thrashed on the ground to the tune of 140.6 yards per game. McDaniels was eight games into the second year of a six-year contract, and is still owed what’s left on that deal. In addition to McDaniels, the Raiders also fired GM Dave Ziegler, who joined the team in January 2022. Linebackers coach Antonio Pierce has been promoted to interim head coach and will get his first test in Week 9 against the Giants.

And Josh was 2-0 vs Belichick with the Raiders. Tua is 6-0 vs the supposed genius, who's tree is rotten like him w/o Brady. When a HC only has 1 playoff win/2 appearances in 11 years as HC w/o 1 player, how can he teach others?

And every single coach on the Belichick tree inherited super teams that had won several Super Bowls the years before they took over.

After Josh the Broncos won what, six AFC Championships??
After O'Brien the Texans have been to what? 3 Super Bowls??
His coaching tree does not look so good. Most of the coaches from “his” tree have basically been failures and/or sucked at HC job. BB is too stubborn and does not change, thinks he can work his magic without a potion …
In the past twenty three years, All this forum did was bitch about Belichick and the Patriots because they were so f*ckin good. Now that the team has fallen on hard times, it's let's kick him while he's down and shit on all of the guys that helped keep the Patriots at the AFC Championship for nine years in a row and helped win six Super Bowls.

Has any coach in the History of the NFL won a Super Bowl his first year coaching with a team?? The Raiders sucked when Josh took over and Davis fired him after a year and a half. From the cheap seats, he didn't seem to have much time to turn the ship around.

How come no one in here shits on Shawn McDermott his playoff record?? Hell the Bills lost to the PATRIOTS. What about the Chiefs? They lost their third game to the friggin 2-5 Broncos. Time to fire Andy Reid isn't it??

He was good when he had Tom Brady and was cheating.

Now he's only cheating and it doesn't work.

He may not make it past Christmas. I'll always say this, they should never have let Bisaccia go since the team positively responded to his coaching and played very well.
He barley made it past Halloween. Impressive

Show games with Brady and tell the team to play like him?

Don’t know if half of your post is probably green font. Hahaha, thanks for the laugh Ken.
The point is not that there was a well-oiled machine in NE … Today it is a shadow of that, more like very sloppy thing to watch, painful too.
