I wish I was in the A league i'll just win league B this year so I can move up

I'm in the B league in our football MBBRL, and of course, my goal was to move up to the A.

I didn't make it, but lemme tell ya: I had a friggin' BLAST in that league and can't wait 'til next season. Just wait until you start goin' against guys like Micro, Foot and Milk.

Ugh, Smitty is already in two of my other leagues. I'd like a break from competing against him. We battled for the best record in both of those leagues last year. Is it too much to ask for shitty fantasy players?

I agree with Jim that now might be the time to deal Santana. I think he has a big year, but if he moves off the C position his value will be crippled.

I also think you should try to deal Shields for a younger arm. He has logged a lot of miles. If you can target a young, less established pitcher like Teheran, Gray, Salazar, Wacha, etc., I think it will help you long term.

Thanks TLance- Can't get anyone to bite on Shields. Been trying to trade him for a hitter. Going to keep Santana. Maybe he progresses to the point that he will be a keeper at 1B or 3B.

Was able to make a trade. Got Jason Werth for Shields. Feel much more comfortable keeping 5 hitters and 2 pitchers in this league. Now hope Werth doesn't get old and hurt all of a sudden.

I think that is a pretty reasonable deal. Both guys are somewhat risky, but I like your side.

Yea, my first season in my keeper league i was an expansion team and picked Werth as a keeper through the expansion rules... During the expansion draft i convinced some of the owners who did not know me(it is a friends friends league) that Jayson werth was my cousin... so i made my team name What is a cousin Werth?? After they got to know me they learned to never believe anything i say...
