I actually think Santana would make a solid 1B in any league... but yes, he's more valuable at catcher. Still, it's not like I would give him away... I wouldn't use the word "crippled". I would expect high 20's HR and possibly into the 30's. Good OBP, and a team growing around him for potentially more RBI chances.

I am sending out invites to everyone in the A league for Fantrax. Based on the voting, it seems like everyone is okay with the move, but I want to give you guys a chance to look around before we finalize it.

Remember, the huge benefit here is that we can have a Monday line-up deadline on Fantrax. Y! forces us to use Sunday night. Every other setting is the same as last year (at least for now).

Invites will be out this afternoon, so check out the league and let me know what you think. Please let me know your thoughts by Wednesday. If the majority wants to move back to Y! after looking around, then we can still do that.

B Leaguers (from here on out known as the "Prospects League") your invites will come as soon as we finalize which site we are going to use.

Ugh, Smitty is already in two of my other leagues. I'd like a break from competing against him. We battled for the best record in both of those leagues last year. Is it too much to ask for shitty fantasy players?

1) Redseat is VERY GOOD PEOPLE. I think he would be a solid add to the B league for sure.

2) Up and running on Fantrax, and it seems to work o.k for me. It will take some getting used to for me, but that is fine.

3) I may then be the only one that has no issue with the Monday lineup thing, which is also fine.

it would drive me up the wall, when I picked up a pitcher at four a.m. and yahoo wouldn't let me use him that night.

I use IE and firefox for fantrax (one at office, one at home). Both seem fine. I never liked chrome, can't pinpoint why
There is no app for my blackberry but there is for those who make smarter telephone choices.
I'm in the middle of a slow draft right now and the comments are the app is good but draft isn't available. I'm drafting from the full site draft room on my phone but I'm used to having no apps available for me. I'm hooked on the keyboard

I sent fantrax a question about my draft this afternoon. We're drafting minors and majors together and I noticed draft wasn't showing minors spots.
An hour later I got a reply and they went in and fixed my set up.
That's the most impressive thing to me so far...their responsiveness. (Of course premier leagues get prioirty responses ... When I hadn't paid for it yet (just setting it up and getting a feel for it) it took a day to get an email answer to my question)

I will NEVER pay for a (site that can't be mentioned) league again.
