There's a fine balance point here. After so many weeks of not playing, he'll be incredibly sore after that first time out with any kind of "normal" work load. Do you want him fighting that soreness going into the first round or the second? That's what I think of when the term "rust" comes up because he's not forgetting the plays or how to run. Can his body hold up in the playoffs after missing so much action?
Thankfully this scenario is not in the range of possible outcomes now.What would be fitting is for the Hawks to Lose against the Cards because of no threat of a Running game then in the playoffs Lynch just goes Beast mode on everyone making them say even more " They should have gave him the ball last year on the one and they would be talking Three-pete" lol
He's back and "worked out" but I didn't hear Carroll say or read that he said Lynch was practicing today. Did that indeed happen? I don't think he actually practiced today, but I hope I'm wrong...Confirmed... He's definitely back and will practice today...
