I agree with him about Kyle Shanahan and how if he wasn't Mike's son, he'd be gone already, but I don't agree about the part about RG3 being a franchise QB - he's not a franchise QB yet and inconsistency like this season proves that - he may be in the future, but he definitely isn't right now
