These pitching changes take up a lot more time than mound visits. I wonder when the MLB will try and tweak it?

Without pitching changes counting it just seems like a rule that punishes language barriers. Sure some catchers abuse mound visits but there are times when they are necessary to get on the same page as signals change constantly.
Does Seager know that you are not suppose to actually use the Gold Glove they give you? Hands of gold...
I don't care what anybody says, but I DO NOT CARE for Seager. His ego gets in the way of his performance. Since he got that huge contract and the gold glove he just continues to be mediocre at the plate when we've got guys on base. He doesn't get it together until too far into the season, and then he still pisses me off!!
