That's the difference between a veteran and a rookie. A veteran will make adjustments knowing the guy is gonna throw you inside. You'd think Vogelbach would catch on or maybe Servishit or Martinez would talk to him about it. Maybe they, or someone in the dugout did say something but Voge just can't handle it.
It's a nice day to get outside and do some yardwork, get the sprinkler system up and running again, kill a few dandelions, pull a few weeds in the garden, wash the car, mow the yard, set up the BBQ for the season, clean out the garage, throw the tennis ball for the dog, clean up dog poo piles, and just think about why the M's organization does some stupid things some times.....well actually lots of times. Wish Vogelbach would just try and get a hit instead of trying to go yard each at bat. Oh well, so it goes.
At least Haniger is pretty good
I pretty much feel the same way about Seager. He is so streaky that you just cannot count on him when you really need some offensive production. He does have some awesome defensive moves but also makes some stupid decisions and plays/errors at times too. In my opinion he is compensated far too much for what we get in return. Beltre has been, and continues to be my favorite 3rd bagger and I'd trade Seager for Beltre in a heartbeat if I had a say in it.Watching this team from Seager to the bottom of the lineup today was friggin BRUTAL
I love it how Seager had a couple game stretch where he hit like a big leaguer, and was saying he felt the best he ever had with his swing thanks to Zunino. It’s all BS! He kills momentum like the Seahawks running game ruins a defensive turnover.
