I have three picks in the first round the 1,2, and 9 overall.

Please help.

I need a wr so I have to choose between.

Sammy Watkins

or

Mike Evans.

It's very close but I am leaning on Watkins for one reason. He was a true freshman all american. only three other players in history have done that. AP, Marshall Faulk, and Hershall Walker and now Sammy Watkins. Pretty good company to keep. But give me your 2 cents please.

Next,

with second pick i have been targeting Clowney since forever. but now that he is in a OLB spot it should devalue him still my gut says with the 4.53 speed he should get his share of tackles even though guys in that spot generally dont get a lot of tackles.

or Mack - who should be on the field plenty. Please give me your advice on that one two.

On the 9th pick i am good. I just need to get off the fence on the first 2 picks. MBBRL men please help!!!!

Oh forgot to mention it is a dynasty league and only rookies are available in the draft.

I would go Watkins, but it is very close between both of them since they both have very similar teams... Both are running first teams...

The only reason I picked Watkins is because I think Vincent Jackson is better than Robert woods...

Go with Watkins. I'm not sure how big of an impact Evans will have in year 1. Watkins is a monster

I don't see why you wouldn't take both Watkins and Evans? Even if you don't want them both, trading one of them will be much easier. I wouldn't use that high of a pick on a LB either.

i need to take a OLB at 2 because Mack and clowney will probably be gone by 9. In our league the lbs go quick because they get 2 pts for tackles and 5 for sacks. So it;s either Mack or Clowney? Any thoughts and thanks to everyone who answered this.

I know nothing about how defensive players work in fantasy... so I don't know whether they are more valuable than any offensive player... But I would certainly rather have clowney than mack... Not because I don't like mack... Its more because I have more faith in houstons defense than I do with oaklands... also, Houston plays in a very weak division, and will never face manning twice...

I also vote Clowney for the IDP. If Mack impresses early, OL will start to find him on plays. I don't care how fast Clowney is, opponents will be looking for Watt 1st for at least this season.

also agree with Milk on the divisional matchups - TEN and JAX for Clowney should be nice.

I'd go Watkins and Clowney. I'm not sold at all that Evans is or will be anything special, but Watkins definitely is and can be.
As for Clowney v Mack, it simply comes down to your scoring, and Clowney will have a much better chance at getting sacks than Mack.

As to the matchups and schedules. . They really mean very little to IDP.. what it comes down to is your IDP can only score when they are on the field. . So the effect of the strength of the opposing offense is negligible when compared to how crappy his own offense is. Raiders players rack up an awful lot of tackles, because their offense puts them back on the field far too often. . But they don't get an awful lot of sacks no matter who they play. Regardless, individual talent outweighs all else in IDP and there's a reason Clowney was #1 and Mack was #4
