Wow, see comments like that are just stupid. Morris may or may not be a HOFer - more career WAR than Palmer, Ford, Hubbell is a nice start. But he is in no-way the most overrated. Catfish Hunter is actually in the HOF and has a worse ERA+ and WAR than Morris.

I think the most overrated pitcher would probably be Eckersley, Sutter or Mo.
