Sherman is only the third defensive player to make the cover, joining Baltimore linebacker Ray Lewis in 2005 and Pittsburgh safety Troy Polamalu, who shared the 2010 cover with Arizona wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald.

If it's not this, I will be disappointed. Seriously, it's absolutely perfect. Captures the essence of Sherman along with a big time play at a critical time.

I don't know if it's just the nostalgia of the moment for me, but looking at this image, it's like a moment caught in time. It's just about perfect.

Agreed.... NFL ticked me off allowing that... NFL is suppose to be the spirit of competition, kind of ironic they let a company use there rights eliminating all competition... EA knew they were about to get squashed by 2K sports so they made there move... NFL irritated me allowing it ... Then sadly 2K locked down the MLB license in retaliation so MVP baseball which EA was actually doing well with got squashed.. In the end the consumer loses when competition is eliminated from products... EA has no incentive to truly make Madden better... It's the same broken game year after year and people buy it sadly because it's there only choice...
