They may not be able to stop us guys....

Slow down. Clippers are like 11-5 despite Kawhi and George playing together for like 2 games and they've had others banged up as well

Loving this great start to the season.

The Lakers haven't exactly had a murderer's row of a schedule, but they have a better record than I thought they would at this point. I figured they'd be about 12-5 or so.

I still think they need to make another move or 2 in order to have the best chance at getting past the Clips and win a title.

But it sure is nice to be able to actually talk realistically about them being able to win a title.

One player away from the NBA championship. It sure is fun watching them again. The Lakers have size speed and they hustle on defense.

Nice wins in Memphis and San Antonio to get us to a league-best 15-2. We face New Orleans tonight before going home to face the Wiz.

Interesting not about this year's team that we have not seen in a long time. We are def better on D but we have now become known throughout the league as a very good second-half/fourth quarter team. Remember the fourth quarter fade-aways of yesteryears? Gonso.

Against San Antonio, we were down by as much as a 11 in the third and we came back and won that game at the end of the third continuing into the fourth for the killshot. I like this new wrinkle because now you have a basketball game for the whole game, not just the first half.

Another killshot game way into the fourth quarter. Kuzma, LeBron, Caruso, and AD had an excellent fourth. AD had a great game with 41 points and 9 rebounds. He had a very crucial block with under a minute to go to shut down the Pels. I think I know why we are a dominant 4th quarter team. One reason is the old 4th quarter fade routine all went to NO. The Lakers had a 35-25 fourth as opposed to a 25-38 first quarter. The AD trade is really paying dividends!

To be fair to the Pels, the Lakers are a very veteran team....something would be very wrong if they weren't a good 4th quarter team.

The Pels have a bunch of kids still learning to win.

Although, to be completely fair to the Lakers, I'm impressed that they seem to have the 4th quarter figured out already. I'm not seeing anyone trying to play hero ball or going the complete opposite and deferring too much.

We killed the Wiz tonight. Big win at home and we go to 17-2 and we have not been in this neighbor since the days of Shaquille and Kobe. This is so much fun to watch. Dallas comes to LA on Sunday as we now have a dub-digit winning streak going on at 10-straight!

To be fair, much of it has been deserved.

First we had Short Buss and whatever the hell it was he thought he was doing.

Then Magic showed that he had no business being the PBO, but tried to shift the blame to Pelinka. He couldn't even keep his mouth shut re: meeting with Kawhi after being specifically told that Kawhi wanted no leaks.

Still not 100% sold on Pelinka, but he looks a heckuva lot better now than he did a few months ago.

I did think the media was pretty unfair to Jeanie and the Rambi'. The Lakers have always been a collaborative.

That's how Dr. Buss set things up. He always sought input from folks he trusted. That was a big part of why the Lakers have been so successful over the years. He was smart enough to know that he didn't know everything.

Yeah, I kind of had a feeling they were going to lose that one.

They had won 10 straight and 3 of the last 4 were probably closer than they should have been. They were due for a letdown game.

Guess we'll have to settle for 79-3. lol

Maybe they were just a bit tired and historically, the Lakers teams over the years have not played well on Sundays. I like what tehy have done and you are spot on TJF12 for the historical assessment as usual. Dude, why don;t you get on board with Woj and company as a Lakers specialist/analyst. You'd be damn good at it. Plus, you could interview Jeannie. Yowser!! Look out!!

Well we enter into a tough schedule stretch in the next week-to-10-days. The Lakers start with Denver tonight then take-on Utah in a back-to-backer. Not a very easy start as both teams are playing very well. We shall see.

Very nice team win in Nuggie Land last night. New winning streak started and the Lakers move on to Utah tonight. Should be another good game.

Just a bad-ass dominating win and we kicked the shit out of the Jazz in SLC where they were 8-1. The Lakers did this while load-managing LeBron and AD. Kuzma, Green, Rondo, and even Howard stepped-up and had a big night. Shoot Howard was even hitting threes. Unfreakinbelievable!! We are def a deep team and it showed tonight!

About half the lineup was sick too.

Love how they're playing.

I just hope it's sustainable. Lebron has a lot of miles on him.

They are playing like they have been playing together for years. Both on offense and defense. I can't wait for Christmas day vs the San Diego errrrrr LA Clippers.
