They've determined that his previous suspension was the result of PEDs he took from the BioGenesis, hence the reason he's listed in the documents, he's already served his time for this, I'm guessing since he's been up front and cooperated he's not being further pursued,

Also it would probably leave MLB open to a pretty serious lawsuit if they gave Colon the equivalent of "double jeopardy"

Like I said I could care less if he's suspended again, but don't be surprised if he's not
