You can have pep talks and switch the lineup all day but until these "hitters" have some discipline at the plate, the rangers will not score. I know a bunch of ya'll are going to blow me up but I've been in baseball for 30 years and I can honestly say its time for a change on the coaching staff.

Regardless of the coach, if he doesn't command respect and discipline he will have a difficult time.

I agree, no point in keeping any of them but Maddux. Perhaps Maddux is the answer at the helm who knows.

He certainly has done an excellent job keeping the pitching in tact.
