Trust me when I tell you that if the Pac 12 or Big 12 came calling they would join in an instant. The draw is that you obviously have to be invited. The Big 12 needs to expand pretty badly and they're finally realizing it. You saw what happened to TCU and Baylor, primarily because of the lack of a conference championship game. They got screwed. Their commissioner just came out and said that if they do expand (more of a matter of when), it will be out east so they are "fair" to one of their newer members West Virginia in terms of travel, etc. I don't see the Pac expanding past 12 anytime soon. The Big 10, ACC, and SEC would never consider Boise for obvious reasons, one of those reasons being geography. And to top it all off, there are other schools out there that bring more to the table when you consider size of fanbase and particularly size of television market which a huge factor these days. The prospects of joining a Power 5 don't look good for Boise and it SUCKS!

us and BYU are probably the only realistic programs that would do that too

And yes, the Pac is so tough. Look at the South alone this year. The committee has every, single team ranked right now except for Colorado. That's tough sledding right there. Good on U of A for coming out of that brutal division as champion, tremendous accomplishment.

we came out firing and held on in the end

we did exactly what we needed to

our program definitely had its ups and downs, especially after Petersen left and we embarrassed ourselves in the season opener

lots of folks from the media thought we were done, I even saw an article saying that we are giant killers no more

well so much for that

time to pull up a chair and get comfortable because I do believe our program is here for a while

hopefully we can dominate the auto bid for the New Years 6 like North Dakota State dominates FCS

and maybe then we'll be "good enough" for a better conference.
