Lebron will never be able to reach Michael Jordan's plateau in greatness - Michael Jordon never lost in the finals(Lebron lost twice) and Michael never went to a game seven(Lebron did). Even if you throw the Cleveland loss out of the statistics and say it shouldn't count, Miami still lost to Dallas. I think Jordan will always be considered #1 with Kobe and Lebron next and the debate as to the order will depend on If Lebron wins more titles.

"11 rings >>>> 6 rings" - most overrated player ever

See I can say crazy things too!

You can say all the crazy things you want, but after next week Lebron will still have only 3 rings to Michael Jordans 6

And your point is?

If he has 1 3 peat he has one to go. But if he were to win 4 in a row, it would look even better. At this age Jordan only had 2....so winning!

I love the "At this age" argument. How about the first 10 (complete) years in the Association?

That's a pretty cool graphic Husker...

So through 10 years....

LeBron is ahead on MVPs, minutes, rebounds, assists.
Jordan is ahead on scoring and steals... no one is surprised by that.

The only other thing Jordan has the lead on through 10 years is titles... 3 compared to 2. BUT... in Jordan's 11th year he lost to the Magic in the playoffs, so if LeBron wins this year (his eleventh)... that would be tied.

How about playoff series record through first 27 series (The Finals is LeBron's 28th)
Jordan: 20 - 7
LeBron: 21 - 6

11th season? Oh, you mean those 17 games in '95? Sure. If you want to count that...

Would you look up records in playoff game 7's? Finals game 7's? Playoff stats? Finals stats? That would be great.

My bad. That 17 games is included as the 10th season. So eleven seasons Jordan would have 4, I guess...

Not quite - Jordan went to the finals 6 times and won six times. LJ went to the finals 4 times and won two times so far. I am assuming that it will soon be 5 trips to the finals and 3 championships. There is just no way in hell that Lebron James will be be considered as good as Michael Jordan. Michael Jordan never quit in the critical part of the 4th quarter of games like Lebron.

Michael Jordan >>>>>>>> Lebron James
