Yeah but I could be wrong but there is an amount that each team has to spend or an average amount they have to. It is difficult for the Browns to attract free agents and this move gets them picks too. They can try and trade Brock and shed possibly half of that contract. $8 mil would be absolutely nothing when they have over $100 to spend.
