I agree, but Cam would not accept vackup lightly. He already said something to the effect of "there are not 30 qbs better than me". We need a better back up, but one who is accepting of the back up role.

He played at some points of last year like he was worth keeping, but probably never gonna pick up his 5th year option. Still I think him basically playing on a 1 year deal was worth more than a 5th round pick

Good deal I think. Okudah would have struggled to get on the field next year. Not a long track record but Holmes is 50/50 so far on picks 5th round and later.

Same here but we didnt have much leverage. He would not play a ton. Already 2 guys in front of him and we are drafting another so a 5th is not terrible but a 4th would normally be more appropriate.
