I would guess Romeo's guaranteed money is somewhere around 15-18M.

Shaq Barrett received a 4 year 72M with 36M guaranteed

NFL Free agency rumors: Detroit Lions among at least 4 teams interested in S John Johnson - Pride Of Detroit
Can the Lions close the deal on one of the best free agency matches for the team?

According to a report from CBS Sports’ Jonathan Jones, the Detroit Lions are one of four teams that have expressed interest in Los Angeles Rams free agent safety John Johnson. Per Jones, the Lions are competing with the Philadelphia Eagles, Jacksonville Jaguars and Cleveland Browns.

Jones is a natural fit with the Lions, seeing as Detroit’s general manager Brad Holmes was a pivotal voice in the Rams war room that brought Jones to Los Angeles. Additionally, the Lions’ current defensive backs coach, Aubrey Pleasant, coached the Rams’ cornerbacks for the past four years, so he’s likely got a good idea of who the Lions would be getting in Johnson.

Lions, DE Romeo Okwara agree to 3-year, $39M contract

Romeo Okwara is staying in Detroit Lions after his breakout 2020 season, agreeing to a three-year deal worth $39 million, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter. Okwara will get $25 million when he officially signs the contract, a massive payday for a player the Lions claimed off the waiver wire after roster cutdowns in 2018 from the New York Giants.

re-signing R. Okwara could lead to a very good possibility of drafting two iDL.

say USC Jay Tufele - could play that 5, 4i primarily and some 3-tech ....... somewhere mid to late 2nd round

along with someone like

Pitt Jaylen Twymen - 3 tech .......... might not be drafted until late 3rd round if not somewhere into early - mid day 3

I still like BYU NT Khyiris Tonga (5th - 6th round) to go along with Penisini

A look into last years Charger's offensive shift/motion usage. Will A. Lynn have the same philosophy this upcoming season. Campbell alluded differently when speaking of using Swift this upcoming season.

That signing could be a benefit to us in comp picks next year.

Maybe.

depending on the UFA signings that aren't our players

The suspense is killing me.

Now who do you know, that I know, that played this position years ago.

He's approximately 6'3 235 lbs now.

Lives in snowy country.

owns a business.

would've bitten off some knee caps and probably still does when provoked.

In the previous scheme, Okwara spent roughly 75 percent of his snaps at defensive end, splitting time between both the left and right sides. He also spent time at JACK linebacker, rushing the passer another 20 percent of the time, then finished his remaining time on the interior defensive line at both the 5- and 3-techniques.
