Surprised Yankees 92 and Redsox 86

not really surprised with those two. This list is about spending your money smartly, not just spending your money. I would have been more surprised to see Smitty's choices of the Marlins and Jaguars at the bottom. They don't spend their money badly, they just don't spend it.

It also had wins and playoffs wins involved in equation, not just spending. That is why I was surprised.
