Eagles fans are adorable, every one I know has this mindset. Makes me wonder how they would have handled 30 year of ineptitude like we have had in DC. The city would be burned to the ground by now.
Maybe you should have tried that? Been done before, you know. That whole burning DC to the ground thing.

I think I and most of Philadelphia would have outright died if we endured 30 years like you all did. That's some hardship time. I hope you all finally get out of it. I was worried immediately when Josh Harris bought that team. He's not perfect but he is light years better than Snyder if his stewardship of the Sixers is any indication.

My team is 2-2 and I’m giving up on them. I basically hate Nick Sirianni at this point and am mad at Jeff Lurie for not having the balls to fire him after he lost all those games last season and the team basically quit. This situation this season was entirely predictable and avoidable. Another season wasted due to poor coaching and game management. Sirianni is supposedly a CEO head coach who said he’d let his assistants coach. But he admitted he stepped in to call some of those boneheaded 4th down calls against the Falcons. He appears to have lost the locker room.

Hurts is who he we thought he was.....

Without Mr Brown.

My Falcons are 2-2 - I’m feeling pretty good about them overall, we’ve got a solid and fairly complete team and our win over the Saints last week was huge. Our game against the Bucs this Thursday is huge as well. Would be nice if our offense scored more points and didn’t settle for FGs as much but I think we’ll improve as the season goes along. It’s still very early but I’m liking our playoff chances.
The game vs the Bucs is pretty huge.

No doubt.

And the Panthers aren't such a bad team with Dalton.

As they were with Mr Bryce Young. But, a lot of his struggles cann be named on the coaches and organization. All of them are not ready to start day 1.

That might be fair. Without Brown plus Smitty he looked awful. Jahan Dotson has done absolutely nothing btw. He had all the opportunity in the world and it seems Hurts trust Parris Campbell more. Commanders might have fleeced us on that trade.

Trade you Mr Adams for a 1st, 3rd rounder and Smith.

The Iggles have fleeced the washington football team more than once, so turnabout is fair play.

That’s the one.

Fortunately, AP is a competent GM.

A 3rd for Dotson looks like a fleece.

You’re welcome.
Draft day trade wasn’t too bad either

The draft day trade between the Eagles and Commanders was definitely good value for the Commanders. Eagles really liked Cooper Dejean and felt he was a first round talent, so they gave up some good picks to move up into the early second round.

So far, that one is hard to judge because Dejean injured his hamstring and missed most of preseason, so he has hardly gotten on the field. I think he is going to start playing more soon though, because Avonte Maddox looks washed as the nickel corner, and they need to try something new there. To me Dejean is likely a safety in the NFL, not a corner, but the Eagles appear determined to try him as slot DB at first.

When the Cardinals were in the divison we could always count on 2 wins. This has been Washington for 30 years. While I appreciate the sentiment I don't think divisions teams wanted things to change. I believe most fans of those teams wanted Snyder to stay forever, and it looked like that was going to happen. One of my biggest pleasures is knowing Snyder is seeing what happened right after they got all of his people out of the building. This has to be killing him.

To be honest, as much as division rivals like to see you guys on the losing end or whatever, I think pretty much every real fan of football is glad to see that douchebag gone. The dude was a cancerous tumor on the entire sport.

Agreed. Much like Donald Sterling everyone is better off with this guy gone. I love how it must be killling him that he had to sell, he was going to give the team to his kids and owning a team was his identity, it's the only reason celebrities hung out with him.
